Could You Survive living in a State of Poverty? What choices would you make if you had little time and even less money? Experience the pressures that push families into making difficult decisions.”

A Poverty Simulation is a live group exercise where participants are assigned a role and challenged with the hard choices that many of our community     residents face, whether it’s interacting with human service agencies, grocers, pawnbrokers, or bill collectors. This session encourages discussion around the causes and conditions of poverty and encourages community  mobilization toward solutions to poverty in our community.
